서울대학교 연구자의 글로벌 연구 펀딩 정보 접근성 강화를 위해 연구처에서 클래리베이트社의 「Pivot-RP(Research Professional)」 플랫폼을 학내 도입 전 아래와 같이 시범 운영하오니, 학내 구성원이 활용할 수 있도록 안내하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. Pivot-RP 주요 특징

  가. 전 세계 연구과제(펀딩) 정보 통합 제공(선정 정보(Awarded Grants) 및 컨퍼런스 Open calls for papers 정보도 수록)

  나. 펀딩 기회/협업 연구자 맞춤 추천

  다. 기관 맞춤형 관리 기능(특정 사용자·그룹 대상 펀딩 추천, 뉴스레터 발송, 기관 홈페이지에 연동 가능)

 

2. 추진 일정

  가. 시범서비스(trial) 운영: 2025. 6. 19.(목)부터, https://pivot.proquest.com 접속 후 학내 IP내역 내에서 계정 생성 후 이용, PC 사용 권장

우측 상단 "Create an account" → "Use Email Address/Create Password" → SNU 메일 계정으로 ID 설정하여 신규 계정 생성 후 로그인

  나. 서비스 공식 오픈: 2025. 8월부터

 

3. 활용 방안

  가. 서울대 연구자용 사용 가이드 제작·배포: 서비스 공식 오픈 시

  나. Pivot-RP 활용법 설명회/실무자 교육 개최: 7~8월 중  ※ 별도 안내 예정

To improve access to global research funding information for SNU researchers, SNU Office of Research Affairs is trialing Pivot-RP, a platform developed by Clarivate. We invite members of the SNU community to explore this resource during the trial period and make full use of its features.

• Comprehensive database of global research funding opportunities
  (includes awarded grants and open calls for conference papers)

• Personalized recommendations for funding and research collaborators

• Institution-specific tools for research administrators
  (e.g., targeted funding alerts, custom newsletters, and website integration)

2. Trial Schedule

• Trial Period: From June 19, 2025

• Access: https://pivot.proquest.com
  Recommended to use on a PC within the SNU network

  • To create an account:
    Click “Create an account” → Select “Use Email Address/Create Password” → Use your SNU email to register and log in

3. How to Get Started

• A user guide tailored for SNU researchers will be released at the official launch

• Training sessions and information briefings will be held in July–August (Details to be announced separately)​
