연구정책과에서 학문후속세대의 글로벌 네트워크 구축 및 국제화 역량 강화를 위해 대학원생 주도 국제 심포지엄 지원사업을 아래와 같이 시행하오니, 희망 대학(원)에서는 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.

  1. 사업 개요([붙임1] 참고)

    가. 심포지엄 지원 요건

      1) 개최 시기: 2026. 6월~2027. 1월 중

      2) 내용: 대학원생이 주도하여 심포지엄을 기획하고 진행, 최소 3개 이상의 발표 세션 포함(keynote, 패널 토론, 연구 발표 등), 본교 및 외국 대학 소속 대학원생(외국 국적) 각 1명 이상이 연사로 참가

      3) 결과 환류: 심포지엄 개최 결과에 대한 홈페이지 개설 및 간행물 출판(초록집, 프로시딩, 논문 등)

    나. 지원 내용: 해외 연사 초청, 심포지엄 홈페이지 구축, 프로시딩 발간 등 심포지엄 개최에 필요한 예산(법인회계) 지원      ※ 전년도(간접비) 대비 재원 변경

    다. 지원 규모: 최대 2,500만원 이내(개최 기간, 초청인원 규모 등에 따라 편성)

      ※ 심사 결과에 따라 최종 지원금액은 변동 가능

  2. 신청 기한: 2026. 5. 4.(월)까지

      ※ 단과대학마다 내부 신청기한이 다를 수 있으므로, 소속기관에 신청기한 및 방법 확인 요망

  3. 신청 방법: [붙임2] 사업 신청서 작성하여 소속 대학(원) 제출 → 소속 대학(원)에서 연구정책과로 공문 제출

SNU Office of Research Affairs (ORA) opens applications for the Graduate Student-led Global Symposium Grant Program. This program is designed to empower SNU graduate students to lead and organize international academic symposiums, fostering collaboration and networking with overseas peers.

Eligible symposiums must include at least three presentation sessions (keynote speeches, panel discussions, research presentations) and at least one SNU and one overseas graduate student as a chair, panelist, or presenter. Grants up to 25M KRW will be offered, and the outcomes should be published on the symposium website and as a publication (symposium abstracts, proceedings, academic papers, etc.).
