연구정책과에서 학문후속세대의 글로벌 네트워크 구축 및 국제화 역량 강화를 위해 대학원생 주도 국제 심포지엄 지원사업을 신설하여 아래와 같이 안내드리니, 희망 대학(원)에서는 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 사업 개요([붙임1] 참고)
   1. 심포지엄 지원요건
      1. 개최 시기: 2025. 2월 초까지 개최 및 예산 집행
      2. 내용: 대학원생이 주도하여 심포지엄을 기획하고 진행, 1명 이상의 외국 대학 소속 대학원생(외국 국적)이 연사로 참가
      3. 결과 환류: 심포지엄 개최 결과에 대한 홈페이지 개설 및 간행물 출판
   2. 지원 내용: 해외 연사 초청, 심포지엄 홈페이지 구축, 논문집 발간 등 심포지엄 개최에 필요한 예산(법인회계) 지원
      ※ 세부사항은 [붙임1] '6. 지원금 지급 및 관리' 참고
   3. 지원 규모: 개최 기간, 초청인원 규모에 등에 따라 유형 1(2,500만원 내외), 유형 2(1,250만원 내외) 중 선택
      ※ 심사 결과에 따라 최종 지원금액 및 선정 기관 수는 변동 가능
2. 신청기한: 2024. 10. 14.(월)까지
3. 신청방법: [붙임2] 사업 신청서 작성 → 소속 단과대학(원)에서 연구정책과로 공문 제출

SNU Office of Research Affairs (ORA) newly launches Graduate Student-led Global Symposium Grant Program. This initiative aims to empower SNU graduate students to lead and organize international academic symposiums, fostering collaboration and networking with overseas peers. Grants of 12.5M or 25M KRW are available. Eligible symposiums must involve at least one overseas graduate student as a chair, panelist, or presenter, and the outcomes should be published on a website and as a publication (symposium abstracts, proceedings, academic papers, etc.).
